1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Clarity ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") with Clarity ("we", "us"). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Application.
2. Description of service
Clarity is a decision-coaching application powered by AI. It offers specialized coaches, structured user context and responses in the form of concrete actions. Offers (free / Pro) and usage limits are described in the Application and on the website.
3. Account and subscription
You must provide accurate information. Pro subscriptions are managed through platforms (App Store, etc.) and may involve third parties (e.g. RevenueCat) for billing. Refund policies are those of the platforms.
4. Intellectual property
The Application, its content, code and trademarks are the property of Clarity or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acquire no rights beyond the permitted personal use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Application lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: use the service for illegal or harmful purposes; attempt to circumvent technical limitations; extract or reuse data at scale without authorization; infringe third-party rights.
6. Use of AI
AI-generated responses are provided "as is" as an aid to decision-making. They do not constitute professional legal, medical or financial advice. You remain responsible for your decisions.
7. User representations
By using the Application, you represent that:
- The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this contract.
- You are not a minor in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent).
- You will not access the service through unauthorized automated means (bots, scripts, etc.).
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Clarity shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or revenue, or for the use made of the Application's responses. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access in case of breach of the Terms. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that must survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability) remain in effect.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Application or by email. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
